By purchasing or using The AI Brand-to-Launch Toolkit ("the toolkit"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the toolkit.
The product
The toolkit is a digital product consisting of AI prompts, worksheets, templates, and a launch dashboard. It is provided for a one-time payment of PHP 999 and grants you personal access to the included materials.
License and use
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the toolkit for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the materials publicly. The AI tools referenced (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) are third-party services with their own terms.
Payment and delivery
Access is granted after your payment is confirmed. Because the toolkit is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are considered final. If you experience an issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.
Results disclaimer
The toolkit provides guidance and tools to help you plan and launch. We do not guarantee specific business results, sales, or income, as outcomes depend on your own effort, market, and execution.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the toolkit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
